The fixture list is out!

Wolverhampton Wanderers will open their next Championship campaign on August the 9th with a trip to the coast to play Plymouth Argyle away, a repeat of the opening 2006 fixture.

With three new midlands teams in the division the number of derby games has risen from last season.

Wolves first midland derby comes at the end of August on the 30th playing hosts to newly promoted Nottingham Forest, with the return fixture at the City Ground on the 21st of March..


Coventry visit Molineux on the 18th of October, with the return leg on the 7th of February, with newly relegated Birmingham coming to town on November the 29th, the return leg at St Andrews coming on April the 4th.

Derby visit on Tuesday the 9th of December, and host Wolves at Pride Park on Monday the 13th of April
