No move for Beckham

Wolves have not made a move to sign David Beckham from LA Galaxy.

Nor have they tried to sign Ronaldo from Manchester United.

Just as they havent made a bid for Celtic midfielder Thomas Graveson.

But only one of these facts is deemed news worthy enough to spawn column inches.

Graveson's agent John Sivebaek seems to be as surprised as anyone regarding this current rumour.

'I don't know, I've got no idea to be honest,' said Sivebaek. 'I've not heard anything about Wolves.'

Will any more players make headlines by us not making a bid for them?

Who would you like us not to bid for?

Seol - Keep well away from that guy! Henri Camara - Don't want him either! Darren Anderton - Too young!

(Don't) bid for Nick Montgomery! Maybe that could generate some interest in him & we can get rid....

You should sign Matt Richards, Gary Roberts, Dan Harding, and Gavin Williams. We don't need them anymore. However, you can't have Walters, Counago, Miller, Garvan, Haynes, Norris, Wright, McAuley, Balkestein, Bruce, Naylor, Robinson, Colgan, Supple, Lee, or Peters etc.. Okay! Take your pick!!!!

David Beckham is nothing more now than a hasbeen, hes just playing on on hype and the credential and world status he has built up. His performances are nothing like what they used to be and hes becoming a bigger media icon than a footballer. Id stay very well clear. UP THE OWLS !!!

I enjoy a good tongue in cheek article. Silly season will soon be over, and we will all know who we have playing for us next season.
