'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Postma Delivers?

Shot stopper Stefan Postma made his debut for Wolves against Brighton on Tuesday night saying 'I really enjoyed the game, it was quality.'

Postma, who is currently on loan from Aston Villa added on the official site:

'I knew from the moment I got on the bus on Monday that I was playing and after that I couldn't wait for the game to kick-off. I felt confident and I was happy with what I did. I know what I can do and it was just a case of waiting for my chance so I could show the gaffer. That chance came last night but it was just disappointing that the game finished 1-1.'

He says he was pleased with some of his saves but the most important thing was he just wanted to get stuck in and play. Although he concedes the result was 'disappointing' having had so many chances to take all three points, 'we didn't really kill the game off when they started pressing us. As a team we're disappointed with the goal we conceded. In training we've been hammering on about keeping sharp when the game goes dead. But we went to sleep at a throw in and when the ball came into the box they were able to lay it off for a shot. I couldn't see the ball and it took a little bit of a deflection and unfortunately it went in.'

Although TAS lifted the ban temporarily, Roma don't know if they will be blocked from doing transfer dealings during the January window. If FIFA get their way, the ban will not be lifted.
