Ebanks-Blake Secures Last Minute Wolves Win

Wolves' tour of Scotland kicked off with a 1-0 victory over Dundee on Sunday afternoon.

Both sides had gone close, with former wolves midfielder Colin Cameron, who had just signed for Dundee going close. David Jones (15) did find the back of the net but this was ruled out for an apparent foul by Sam Vokes.

Other chances came for both sides and Chris Iwelumo, just signed from Charlton, hit the post with a header before Sylvain Ebanks-Blake (89) turned home Matt Jarvis' cross to win a match that seemed to be heading for a goalless draw.

First-half team: Ikeme, Foley, Harte, D Edwards, Stearman, N. Collins, Gray (capt), David Jones, Vokes, Keogh, Daniel Jones.
Second-half team: Hennessey, Little, Elokobi, Henry, Craddock D Ward (S Ward, 71), Kightly, Davies, Ebanks-Blake, Iwelumo, Jarvis.

Pre-season is about more than results, but is this a result that you are happy with?
