Wolves players have featured strongly in the newly announced International squads.

Stuart Pearce has once again called Michael Kightly into his squad of 24 for the England U21 friendly at the KC Stadium against Slovenia.

Giovanni Trappatoni has called Andy Keogh into the full Ireland squad for their trip to Norway next Wednesday, which after the glowing praise he heaped on him earlier ths year will come as a surprise to no one.

And Wayne Hennessey, Sam Vokes and Dave Edwards have all been selected for Wales U21 Euro Cmapionship midweek qualifier at Wrexham.

The experience of playing with the finest their respective countries have to offer can only benefit both players and club, despite what some Scotsmen may think.
