Wolves signings imminent

Wolves CEO Jez Moxey has confirmed that two undisclosed bids for defenders Jason Shackell and Matt Hill have been accepted, with both looking set to join the club before the transfer window closes, subject to medicals.

Stephen Elliot is also on the move, travelling in the opposite direction to Hill, to Preston North End

Two seasons ago Hill was voted Preston North End Player Of The Season, and last term, Shackell was Norwich City captain, with both having made league appearances numbering in three figures.

Of the two Shackell is possibly the most coveted, although Matt Hill is certainly not without his admirers for his conisistently high performances.

What can we say?

Once again, Wolves behind closed doors dealings, and refusal to be held to ransom have reaped benefits again, and flown in the face of the clubs critics who still believe silence equals inactivity.

Good work upstairs fellah's.
