'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Pat on the back for Mick

Wolves striker Sylvan Ebanks-Blake has hailed manager Mick McCarthy as the man capable of steering him to higher things.

SEB has been nothing short of a sensation since signing during the January transfer window, and laays the credit for his recent England call-up fairly and squarely at eth feet of McCarthy.

'I feel he can take me to that next level. I think he can keep helping me achieve things like getting called up to the England Under-21s squad and being part of a successful team." he told the Birmigham Post.

McCarthy's repuation for getting the best out of both young and old has only been enhanced since he first took over at Molineux.

And finding the right balance between the two has been instrumental in Wolves successes this season.
