'If It's Football, It's Vital'

In Praise Of Miller

Glenn Hoddle has heaped praise on Kenny Miller's attitude and willingness to work hard for the team in any area of the pitch.

The player who once went on the transfer list in protest at being played out of position has had a remarkable about turn, and in his final months at eth club is determoned to give something back to the fans who have supported him through thick and thin.

'Kenny has been magnificent. In the last seven or eight games he has been asked to play in a five different positions and he has never once shown any qualms. He has never turned round and said 'gaffer I can't play there' or 'gaffer that's not my best position'. said Hoddle

'For me his approach has been terrific and very professional. I think he's enjoyed it and the experience of playing different positions will make him an all-round better player.

'His Celtic move hasn't altered him one bit.'
