Hoddle : Keep It Up!

On paper, Wolves appear to be hitting form at just the right time of the season.

An eight match unbeaten run see them sitting on the coattails of Preston North End, with a trip to Deepdale still to come.

Performances against Cardiff, and in the second half against League leaders Reading have given fans new hope that promoton is till on the agenda.

But now they must do what has proved so difficult this term. Maintain a run of form.

'We're on a good run, in a rich vein of form and playing well so we have got to take advantage of this home fixture, it's as simple as that.'

Glenn Hoddle said this week, alluding not only to Wolves inconsistent nature, but their frequent failiures at home.

Wolves task may still look difficult, rellying in Preston to slip up at least once, and Wanderers not to slip up at all.

But Hoddle doesnt think it too tall an order. As he pointed out.

'Palace are still talking about catching Sheffield United and they're eight points adrift of them.

'So why should we give up our chase on Preston?'

Three points against Wednesday and the pressure will be cranked right up as Wolves Preston match gets ever closer.

Those in the kitchen should prepare for the heat to get turned turned up as the seaon edges closer to what could be a dramatic finale.
