Wolves injury ravaged season found a new casualty at the weekend, Gabor Gyepes.
Following a fall in the build up to Wednesdays killer third goal that put that meatch beyond Wolves reach, Gabor was diagnosed as having suffered ligament damage, possibly requiring surgery.
With Jeremie Aliadiere already showing sign of distress due to an ankle knock, and Lee Naylor substituted due to a calf injury, the loss of points may not have been be the most significant fact of the day.
Any dent to the fitness of Aliadiere will surely come as a heavy blow to Hoddle, as he looks to raise his teams spirits ahead of their trip to Plymouth.
'All in all it hasn't been a good day.' Hoddle said after Saturdays match, slightly understating the situation.
Leaving Wolves fan hoping their season won't be settled in The Treatment Room
