Striker swoop

Mick McCarthy has swooped to sign Aston Villa striker Marlon Harewood on loan until the end of the season.

The former Forest frontman has struggled to make an impact at Villa Park since his £4 million move from WEst Ham and hasn't figured in Martin O'Neill's plans since December.

Despite his agent saying he wouldn't step down to the Championship, Harewood now finds himself back in the proving grounds hoping to re-ignite his career.

Welcome to the pack Marlon.

Well best of luck to Marlon and Wolves, suppose you've not got anything to lose what with him being on loan, but can't help but feel that he really is absolute PANTS and could'nt hit a barn door!
