MARSEILLE defender Ronald Zubar is set to come to Molineux in a 2.5million deal, according to the Daily Mirror.
The 23-year-old former Under 21 International, like all promising young French talent has previously been a target for Arsenal and last season won the Ligue 1 title with Olympique de Marseille making 17 appearances.
The national rag, actually reported that the deal was done. But one of the players representatives has rubbished reports the deal has been completed. "For the moment there have only been contacts with Wolverhampton, as there is real interest on their part. But other contacts also exist and nothing's done." He told Setanta.
Vital Wolves Comment: We kind of predicted a signing could be close with the news that Wolves were no longer interested in Oguchi Onyewu.
Could Zubar be that man?
