WOLVES new goaltender Marcus Hahnemann believes that Wolves can pull off what Reading achieved in their first season in Premier League which was a top half finish.

He hopefully doesn't believe we will then get relegated the following season, but the American shot stopper didn't elaborate any further than next season!

"The aim is to try to repeat what we achieved with Reading in our first Premier League season when we finished eighth.' He told the Express & Star.

"I`ve looked at their team and I`ve been impressed. I also visited their training ground which is unbelievable.

"Wolves are a big club with an amazing set-up and I know I`ve made the right choice."

Vital Wolves Comment: I might be suffering from a slight hangover this morning and feeling a bit grumpy, but top half finish?

I think we need to sign a couple more players before that is realistically achievable.

Right now I`d settle for staying up on goal difference.

This is more like it. Wolves have to go into their top flight return with confidence. It'll be hard, yes, but other teams have done it very well and managed good runs in the Prem. Stoke surprised everyone last season and you can be a better team than they are.
