Moxey Ready To Act

Wolves CEO Jez Moxey has given his clearest indication yet that he is ready to wield the axe at Molineux.

After yet another season of abject failiure, the man in charge of the Wanderers coffers is set to bring about wide ranging changes in the summer.

Speaking to the E&S he said

'The manager and I had a meeting yesterday to start the inquest and planning process going forward,'

'We also have a board meeting planned for the beginning of next month.

'We also had meetings planned for if we reached the play-offs and didn't reach the final and for if we did.

'I think we have been at diligent as we could have been for planning for next season at this stage.'

So now the only question that remains is, who is about to be shown the door?

It is believed Glenn Hoddle wont be one of them, and so will have at least another year to prove he is the man to guide Wolves to the top.

But for a number of unnamed players, the message is loud and clear.

Potential has not been converted

nto Premiership reality, and your presence here at Molineux become surplus to requirements.

If Jez Moxey shows the right level of courage and fortitude to resist the urge to do something rash such as sacking his manager, he will be amply rewarded next season. Lets face it.. how could there be doubts about Glenn's pedigree as a manager? So, he clearly needs time to get it right, what manager does not need time(except Jose Mourinho?) Jez, Glenn is one of the best! Stay focused!! Splosh
