WOLVES are likely to end their interest in Doncaster Rovers defender Matt Mills, following the club sticking a £3 million price tag on the 22-year-old.
Mick McCarthy had been tracking the former Manchester City defender, but with the recent capture of Marseille defender Ronald Zubar he may now leave the battle to Burnley, Birmingham and Nottingham Forest who have all shown an interest in signing him.
Vital Wolves Comment: Certainly has potential and is a quality Championship defender, who is likely to be chomping at the bit for a chance at the Premier League.
But £3million seems a bit excessive?
