Vital Wolves: Bosnian giant on trial

Wolves are set to take another big central defender on trial. Little-known Bosnian giant Adrian Mravac is due to arrive in Australia - Express & Star

WOLVES have invited Bosnian defender Adrian Mravac for a trial while the club are on tour in Australia according to the Express & Star.

The 27-year-old stands at 6ft 3ins and currently plays for Austrian club SV Mattersburg.

Last season his side finished 9th in the Austrian league, but in previous seasons they have played in the opening stages of the UEFA Cup.

In 2006/07 they were knocked out in the first round against Wisla Krakow 2-1 on aggregate.

In 2007/08 they defeated FC Aktobe 4-3 after the 2 legs but were knocked out by FC Basel 6-1 on aggregate.
