MICK McCarthy has his eyes on bringing in a new striker according to the Express & Star.
With Chris Iwelumo set to miss the start of the season with a broken foot, Wolves options upfront are limited to new signing Kevin Doyle, hotshot striker Sylvan Ebanks-Blake, Andy Keogh and Sam Vokes.
"We saw how thin on the ground we were last season when we had to take Marlon Harewood on loan and we can`t allow that to happen again.' Mick told the Express & Star.
"Once the season starts, we can`t take anyone on loan. I want as big a squad as I can possibly get."
Vital Wolves Comment: Is Mick more concerned with having a stronger attacking line up, or just avoiding having to bring Marlon Harewood to the club again?
