Vital Wolves: Balde decision yet to come

Mick meanwhile revealed the situation with trialist defender Bobo Balde remains ongoing - Official Site

FORMER Celtic defender Bobo Balde's future is yet to be decided following his latest performance for Wolves against Bristol City.

It had previously been reported that this would be his last chance to impress before a decision was set to be made.

But lacking fitness due to limited games for Celtic in recent times, means that a decision won't come just yet.

'By his own admission he's not fully fit yet and I was tempted not to play him because he ran himself to exhaustion on Tuesday night and was knackered.' Mick McCarthy told WOW.

'I wondered about playing him but at the same time he needs to get some time on the pitch.

'It may be a while before a decision but he wants that too because he wants to show us what he can do when he's fully fit.'

Vital Wolves Comment: Would you sign Balde?

When he first joined Celtic he looked a good centre back, for whatever reason though he failed to play many games and that lack of action has made an impact on his fitness.

Do we have the time to wait and see, or should Mick focus on other options?
