Vital Wolves: Bobo, go or no go?

Bobo Balde will find out about his Wolves future later this week.

Mick McCarthy has to decide whether to offer the trialist, a former Celtic centre-back, a contract or not.

The French-born Guinean has been on trial for the majority of the pre-season schedule, having played in various friendly games, including a 1-0 victory against Crewe.

Other options open to McCarthy include offering the player a play-as-you-play or short-term contract. Wolves need all the experience they can get in defence, with only Jody Craddock having played Premiership football previously.
