Vital Wolves: Wigan Match Thread

So here we are again, all that waiting for the season to start and we get hit with 2 games in quick succession.

At least it gives us a chance to put the opening day defeat out of our minds quicker, assuming of course that we can pick up some sort of result at Wigan tonight.

Now considering their opening day win against Aston Villa, that probably isn't going to be easy. Especially as we are likely to be without striking trio Ebanks-Blake, Doyle and Iwelumo.

Could this be a chance for Sam Vokes to get his first start in the Premier League?

Match Thread

This season Vital Wolves will host a match thread on the forum for every game this season, this thread can be used to discuss the game before, during and after. Hopefully with more users every week on Vital Wolves, this feature will grow throughout the season!

Vokes WILL get the start tonight (In fairness he should have started on Saturday - as we were way too one dimensional at times). If he gets a few games under his belt and his confidence up he could be a real gem for us this year. I'd like to say we're going to win 2-1 tonight but I'm feeling a draw on the cards with this one WTID
