Two in, Two out at Wolves

The good news with Michael Kightly and Sylvan Ebanks-Blake getting close to a return was soon dampened with the loss of Andrew Surman and Richard Stearman.

Kevin Foley is getting closer but isn't likely to be ready for Fulham, while McCarthy has also ruled out Jody Craddock.

"Kightly and Sylvan are back in the squad - they will both be on the bench, so that`s good news' McCarthy told the Express & Star.

But it isn't all good news as Mick added: "Andrew Surman has twisted his knee and Richard Stearman has been sent off for x-rays on his ankle.'

While fears of a break for Stearman were relieved following the X-Ray, he is still likely to be out for considerable time.

Vital Wolves Comment: I'm really looking forward to getting Ebanks-Blake and Kightly back in the side, losing Stearman is a bit of blow whilst we are yet to see the best from Surman.

At the moment I think we will miss Stears most. IMO our centre half pairing should be him and Mancienne. They were our best pairing last season

I like Stearman and Mancienne at the back, but Berra put a good case forward on Sunday. Happy to have him in the team if he keeps playing like that. What is wrong with our medical team? We surely shouldn't be facing so many injuries?!
