Bring on United

Bring on Manchester United is all we can say at Vital Wolves!

With our first home win under our belt's thanks to a 2-1 win over Europa League side Fulham, confidence is now high at Molineux.

Goals from Kevin Doyle and Dave Edwards gave us a comfortable lead early in the second half, but once Michael Mancienne gave away a penalty, which was dispatched by Danny Murphy the nerves began to kick in despite the statistics showing it was relatively comfortable.

Fulham only had 3 attempts at goal, with the 1 on target. Something that Wayne Hennessey was not moaning about: 'I didn't have much to do at all in the first-half - I didn't have a shot to save.' he told Wolves Official Website.

But the inevitable push on from a Hodgson side did come and Wayne added: 'In the second things were a lot busier. The lads started to get a bit tired towards the end and the crosses and shots started to come in.'

'But I thought we deserved to win. I think we have done alright in all the games this season apart from at Blackburn but the results have let us down a bit so it was nice to get the three points today.'

Vital Wolves Comment: This result will really help the side settle down in the Premier League. The pressure could have started to mount up following the performance against Blackburn, so this result was just what the doctor ordered!

Now for a no pressure game at Old Trafford. We have nothing to lose in this game, if we lose it's what was expected, if we win, I fancy a trip to Wembley!
