'If It's Football, It's Vital'

If we can't beat Bolton, we deserve to go down

If Wolves fail to beat Bolton in our next game, then we do not deserve to remain in the Premier League.

That's the message from legend Steve Bull ahead of our next 'must-win-game'.

"If we can`t beat them, we shouldn`t be in the Premier League." Bull wrote in this Express & Star column.

During this week, Vital Wolves have been asking whether we should continue to back gaffer Mick McCarthy.

The question has brought forward some interesting points from both sides of the argument. While our front page poll (found to the right of this article), has slowly began to favour McCarthy.

47% would want to stick with McCarthy while another 8% would like to stick by him until at least Christmas.

44% would prefer to give him the boot now, while 1% remain undecided.

Bull if he had voted in our poll, which of course we doubt. We be part of the 47% that continue to back Mick, as he went on to add: "Sunday was desperately poor, and no doubt some fans are now asking questions of Mick McCarthy, but it`s worth remembering that he`s the same manager who took us to the Championship title."
