No Carroll this Xmas
There will be no late Christmas Carroll at Molineux this festive season.
Wolves have denied that they will be making a move to sign Newcastle striker Andy Carroll and have also moved to reject rumours of a possible surprise signing of Birmingham midfielder Lee Carsley.
The duo had both been linked with January transfer moves to Wolves.
"We were interested in him in the last window, but they didn`t want to sell then and I haven`t enquired since. I would imagine with them being top, they don`t want to sell now either." McCarthy said while talking about Carroll to the Express & Star
