Wolves Transfer Rumours

Wolves Transfer Rumours

Liverpool not bidding for Stearman, Wolves still in for the (Hull's) Hunt and could also be in for Cardiff winger Joe Ledley or Sunderland winger Daryl Murphy.

Quite a few transfer rumour links going around today, so we thought we`d bring just a quick summary.

Yesterday Liverpool were linked with defender Richard Stearman, however that rumour has now been dismissed by Wolves.

CEO Jex Moxey has previously stated that a couple of bids have been made, it looks likely that those are for Hull City winger Stephen Hunt and Leeds striker Jermaine Beckford.

Rumour has it (from the Express & Star)that if we fail to bring in Hunt, Mick McCarthy's other options are Cardiff winger Joe Ledley (who we tracked over the summer) or Sunderland winger Daryl Murphy.

Vital Wolves Comment: That is probably the biggest hint yet that McCarthy is determined to give us more attacking options on the wing and also wants to bolster the attack with concerns over where the goals come from if Kevin Doyle gets injured.
