Doyle form sparks interest

Top scorer Kevin Doyle has been gaining some admirers over the course of this season, which could mean he leaves Wolves over the summer.

Our record signing at 6.5million could prove to be a bargain buy if his goals and performances keep us in the Premier League.

But will he only be here for one season?

"I wouldn`t be surprised if clubs at the top of the Premier League are keeping an eye on him because his performances have been superb.' Wolves defender Stephen Ward told the Express & Star.

He added: "Kevin loves it here. He chose this club over a host of clubs. He liked the set-up and the players, we`d like to keep him as long as we can and I`m sure the management does."

Vital Wolves Comment: The truth is, the only chance we have of keeping Kevin Doyle is if we stay in the Premier League.
