Arsenal chasing Wolves star?

Reports are claiming that Doyle is being linked with a 12 million move to Arsenal. Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is supposed to have been impressed by him when the two teams met. He even said that he had been following him since his Reading days.

He said this not long ago too.

I like him personally. He is an intelligent striker.

'He's good everywhere. I followed him since he was at Reading.'

I hope this isn't true. Would you sell him for 12 million, I'd be looking for a feee of around 15 million.

Don't worry yourselves, it's not going to happen.

With all due respect, 'cause I think Doyle is a decent player, 12m seems absurd! If you can sell him for that much, take the money and run!
Teddy_KGB
Yeah, what he said. 12m is a hell of a lot of money. I don't see anyone bidding that much for Doyle, decent though he is, but if they do you seriously think keeping him would be better for your team than spending 12m on 3-4 other decent, cheaper players.

There were rumours arsenal had offered 10 million for him in January.

take the money and laugh all the way too the bank hes a good player but not worth twelve millon hes worth 6 and half like what we paid for him 12 million would be robbie keane and a defender or winger

Arshavin and Van Persie for Doyle ;-) plus 4-5 mill our way!
