'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Ebanks-Blake reflects

It has been a poor season for Sylvan Ebanks-Blake.

With Premier League survival confirmed, the question is now on whether Sylvan Ebanks-Blake has a future with Wolves.

'everyone that knows me knows I pride myself on my goals.' Ebanks-Blake told Wolves Official Website.

Unfortunately, there wasn't much pride at stake come the end of the season as he managed just two goals.

He added: 'It didn't work out on that side but there were a few good performances.

'On reflection I probably need to do more to stay in the team but the lads have done brilliantly.

'And we've got another shot at Premier League football and hopefully that's for me as well.'

Vital Wolves Comment: Does Sylvan Ebanks-Blake have a future at Molineux?

I thought he would hit the ground running in the Premier League and be close to hitting 20 goals this season.

It never worked out for him though, with injury, lack of form and McCarthy's formation switch.

But should SEB get another shot at the Premier League, or do we need more quality in front of goal next season to improve our goals tally?

He is still one of my favourite players and I`d give him another chance. Maybe even loan him out to a Championship club to get some goals and bring him back with more confidence?
