Hoddle Wants To Keep Huddlestone

Hoddle Wants To Keep Huddlestone

Wolves chief executive Jez Moxey has admitted they are keen to extend the loan of Tottenham's Tom Huddlestone. The England Under 21 player will complete his one month loan deal next week and will return to White Hart Lane after the match with Sheffield United on Tuesday night unless a new deal can be rubber stamped. The on loan midfielder has impressed and Moxey said on the official site:

'I know Glenn wants to keep Tom so it's just a case of all of us getting together to try and sort it out. There is already a financial package in place to extend the loan which was agreed in principle and it's just a case of making the call to Tottenham to see if they are happy for it to go through. If all goes well, I would expect us to look to sort something out before that last game of the loan against Sheffield United.'

Although TAS lifted the ban temporarily, Roma don't know if they will be blocked from doing transfer dealings during the January window. If FIFA get their way, the ban will not be lifted.
