Wolves linked with Fletcher

Wolves have been linked with a move for Burnley's top scorer Fletcher. He scored twelve goals in all competitions (eight in the league)

We are said to be bidding for six million pounds, but Birmingham and Bolton are also looking at him too.

From the two games I have seen Fletcher, he was probably their best player. He is decent at holding up the ball and is a good finisher.

Does this mean Mick wants to play 4-4-2 next season, or would he be a replacement for Doyle?

Crazy talk if it is to replace Doyle! No I think it is to add to our options, could always player Fletcher up front and Doyle in behind a little deeper.

We could Akela, but we could also set our sights a little higher.....
JamoDaWolf
What a little higher than Fletcher? Dream on - it will never happen.

I think he meant if Doyle leaves he would be a replacement. Fletcher is young, hard working and would cost us a ot less (fee, wages etc)

and yet we're not interested!!!
