The eighth Vital Wolves fan interview of the summer has now been completed and next into the the hot seat is JamoDaWolf.
JamoDaWolf is a regular on Vital Wolves!
Question number 1: What is your username on Vital Wolves?
JamoDaWolf
Question 2: How long have you supported Wolves?
For all of my 31 Years
Question 3: How did you become a Wolves fan?
Like any young lad, my Dad kind of 'influenced' me. But I would not change my allegiance for anyone or anything....
Question 4: If you could pick one highlight as a Wolves fan what would it be?
I could say the Sherpa Van final, or the Play-Off final etc.... But for me it was the cup replay against Sheff Wed at the molineux. The most dramatic night of football I've ever seen, and to be 3-0 down on pen's and then win...... Absolute roller coaster that was.
Question 5: Who is your all time favourite Wolves player?
All time would be Billy Wright - Life time would be Steve Bull
Question 6: What was your assessment of last season?
Naturally more low's than high's, but that was expected. Ultimately we survived quite comfortably in the end & the experience will do the young lad's a world of good.
Question 7: Are you pro or anti Mick McCarthy?
Def pro Mick, he's done wonders. His first season in charge I expected us to be in a relegation battle due to the state of the squad he was left with...... In it's own right that was probably equal to our League winning season in terms of effort, commitment, performance and desire.
Question 8: If money and status was no object, who would you most like to see in a Wolves shirt?
Me...!
Marek Hamsik for me.....
Question 9: Predictions for the World Cup, how far will England get, how will we get knocked out and who will go on to win it?
Instant reaction is that it's our's to lose. But I think that we'll hit the Semi's, and then it's any one's game.....
Question 10: Predictions for Wolves next season, where do we need to strengthen, should Mick stick with one up front?
If we can strengthen the defensive aspects of the squad, i.e CDM & CB then we should go 4-4-2 against the majority of the league. The bigger teams may be worth playing 4-5-1 & having the potential to revert if needed.
Question 11: Where do you travel from to see the wolves play?
Daventry, East Mids
Question 12: How do you see Sylvain Ebanks-Blake figuring into the team this upcoming season, if at all?
I think and hope that he will get a chance in a 4-4-2 shape, he's got what it takes - that's not in question. Confidence is key at the end of the day.
Question 13: Do you think Wolverhampton can establish themselves in the Premier League and once again, become a great club?
Of course we can, it won't happen over night. It will take time, money and commitment to the management team etc (Let's not do a 'Leeds').
Question 14: Has your support for Wolverhampton Wanderers ever wavered?
Errrrr.... NO..! Even in the snow in the old 4th div... good times!!
Question 15: What is your question for the next interviewee on Vital Wolves?
If you could attend any game in Wolves history, which would it be and why?
