Mouyokolo joins Wolves

We have made our third signing of the summer, with the addition of Hull defender Steven Mouyokolo.

Mouyokolo joins Jelle Van Damme and Steven Fletcher at Molineux, while technically you could also count Algerian World Cup star Adlene Guedioura as he has also made his loan move permanent over recent weeks.

Mouyokolo has cost us a reported £2.5million with the 23-year-old signing a four-year contract which includes an option to extend his stay with us to five years.

At 6 ft 3 inches and having made 21 appearances for Hull, Mouyokolo will provide some strength and grit to McCarthy's options next season.

Vital Wolves Comment: Yet again another Wolves signing seems to have been completed within what appears like a few days. Obviously this isn't the case but highlights how well Wolves do at keeping our transfer targets under-raps.

With that said, it does make you wonder why the Stephen Hunt transfer has gone on for so long??

Are we really that interest and just playing hard ball over the price or perhaps it's all just been media speculation since January?

I don't know a lot about this fella. Anyone have any comments? He is young but has a year in the Premier League so he seems to match the criteria of all our targets. Will he be able to get in the team? The new Ronald Zubar?
