McCarthy unwilling to wait on Chelsea

Gaffer Mick McCarthy has fired off a warning to Chelsea that we will not wait forever for them to make a decision over Michael Mancienne.

Wolves would love the 22-year-old to return to Molineux again and could even make the move permanent with 4million already on the table.

Chelsea though seem undecided and if he isn't in their plans next season it is more likely that it will once again be a season long loan deal, which I'm sure most Wolves fans would still be delighted with.

But Chelsea will not commit to a decision and so McCarthy has warned that Wolves will not wait around much longer.

"I can`t hang around waiting for decisions to be made that might be negative ones - I could lose the ones that I`ve been looking at.' McCarthy told the Express & Star, before simply adding: 'I don`t know what will happen'.

It is thought that Nantes midfielder Guirane N`Daw's transfer hangs in the balance while Wolves wait on Chelsea to decide on Michael Mancienne's future.

We have of course already signed Steven Mouyokolo so it appears that we cannot afford to sign both N`Daw and Mancienne, so it is either one or the other.

I'm sure Chelsea will not care if we wait or not. They'll have no problems finding a club for him to go out on loan too if we are no longer interested.

As if any of the Chelsea fans know whether he's goin to be sold or not. Your a fan, you don't run the club!

Unless he whacks in a transfer request, he will be a Chelsea player sitting on the bench making up the "home" players numbers. If he has serious desire to play for England he needs to get away from Chelsea.
