300 Wolves fans travelled to Belgium to watch the squad continue the pre-season build up against Charleroi.
But unfortunately 1 in 3 of those supporters who travelled ended up getting involved in an incident which forced Belgian Police to use a water cannon to control the situation.
"There was trouble in the city centre when 100 supporters from Wolves came by train. They arranged to meet fans from Belgium. The fighting was arranged.' Py Hendricks, the general secretary of Charleroi told the Express & Star.
He continued: "There was a small fight but the police were there immediately and they dispersed them with a water cannon and then they escorted them to the stadium.
"There were no arrests made."
At the game itself three flares were thrown on to the pitch from the Wolves fans section of the ground.
While unconfirmed reports suggest that fighting continued in the town after the game.
