Battle of the keepers at Wolves

Who else in the Premier League can boast at the quality of goalkeepers in their squad? Marcus Hahnemann, Wayne Hennessey, Carl Ikeme and Matt Murray on their day can all claim to be number one.

Marcus Hahnemann wrestled the jersey off of Wayne Hennessey last season and the American shot stopper, I'm sure will start this season as number one.

But pre season is giving our other goalkeepers a chance at staking their claim.

"Everyone is competition for me - Carl, Wayne`s coming back and Matt Murray`s returning and looking sharper.

"When I came here I was one of three, but it`s nice to have four top goalkeepers at a club - no-one has that.' Hahnemann told the Express & Star.

Having said that though, Marcus Hahnemann's experience still gives him the advantage: "Matt Murray said to me: 'You make everything look easy all the time!` But I tell him that I just stand in the right spot because I know where to stand.

"That`s what experience gives you and it soon becomes natural."

It wil be great to see Matt even in contention for the jersey this season, but my vote's with Hahnemann.

Hennassey should get more games!!

sean, you are right Wayne should get more games - the question is who will have the most action in the net this season - that will be Hahnemann no question, but I think come January Wayne will be out on loan with another club if Murray can prove his fitness, so he will get games and I want to see him back at Wolves a better and confident keeper.

Han is the man for me, Wayne is not commanding enough
