Sorry but that's one of their best songs in America- I thought I would use it for the dual purpose of poking some fun at American sport and introducing my latest article.
Once again, I have been keeping a beady on the latest poll and have been most surprised by the way it is panning out so far.
For the record, I voted for Jody and Berra - the very two that played such an influential role in our survival.
There seems a lot of excitement around the place about our new signing Mouyokolo, and whilst I think he is another tremendous signing and will hopefully be with us for many years to come, I'm just somewhat surprised at 1/ the level of backing he has received for a starting place considering he has played 70 minutes for us so far, and not many of us were at the game, and 2/ how many people think it would prove just to leave Jody, Player of The Year on the bench.
Just a thought; I respect everyone's opinion to which we are all allowed- I just look forward to hearing people's opinion on the selection process.
How many days and counting? The buzz is truly on.
