Jarvis For England?

Our recent poll has indicated that Wolves fans strongly believe that winger Matt Jarvis is the most likely player to win a place in the England squad.

If the player makes the step up to the international ranks it will be mark amongst the most outstanding achievements from a Wolves player since Steve Bull broke into the England set up and ultimately went to the World Cup in 1990.

Still just 24, Jarvis has played less than 200 games, 110 for Gillingham and 88 for Wolves but such has been his impact on the Premiership stage, England coaching staff have been monitoring his form and a call up before the season is out cannot be out of the question.

Jarvis took 63% of the vote, with Michael Mancienne, even in second place, enjoying only around a third of Jarvis' vote with 19%.

I would love to see Jarvo win a cap but even if he did make the squad which I believe is highly unlikely there are still too many players ahead of him in the pecking order.
