The real reason for the defeat

I've decided that the real reason why we lost to Tottenham on Saturday is down to Everton.

Everton have lost all their away games this season and traditionally are not great travellers.

Perhaps they're jinxed? Perhaps their coach is unlucky?? Well it appears we borrowed it for the Spurs game and their bad luck rubbed off on us.

The coach was emblazoned with Everton's name, club badge and motto, apparently we share the same coach provider and thus we borrowed the jinxed bus.

'The branding was on the roof so could only be spotted by anyone looking down on the coach. It won't be happening again.' A Wolves spokesman told the Daily Mail.

What a shambles! :)

I approach life from a scientific angle which means immediately dismissing all concepts of 'luck', or the 'jinx'. We lost on Saturday due to the pure and simple fact that Spurs were the better team. All conclusions all the result of actions and/or environment. Spurs were the better team, Wolves fans need to accept we lost to the better team- we were under the cosh throughout, they had twenty efforts of goal and we deservedly got punished. Let's think about the next game- let actions speak- if we play to our true capabilities we can beat Villa, and I am expecting at least a point, if no three.

Luck sometimes or fate can play a hand, last week we would probably have beaten villa comfortably but Houllier's first game in charge!they will all be flat out to impress I think a repeat of last year and maybe 1-1 draw,a loss would be very harmful and we need to start to pick up points now before the "monster" fixtures start.
