Déjà vu for Wolves

Déjà vu for Wolves

11 months ago, Vital Wolves asked the question, should we support Mick McCarthy and less than a year down the line we're asking it again.

Last season the poll was suggested by many of our followers on the Vital Wolves Facebook Fan Page.

The end result was tight, but gave a small majority backing for Mick McCarthy at that time:

Should Vital Wolves support Mick McCarthy as boss?

Poll Date: 30 Nov 2009

Suggested By: Facebook Friends

Yes 54%

No - Sack him 37%

Until Xmas 4%

Until the end of the season 3%

Undecided 2%

On Vital Wolves we were one of the 54% backing him and we're sure that if we ran the same poll over the summer McCarthy would have got a much bigger backing.

Now we're asking the same question again following a poll suggestion from Crete Wolf.

After two days, it doesn't make good reading for McCarthy:

How much time should be given to the coaching staff to get things right?

Poll Date: 18 Oct 2010

Suggested By: Crete Wolf

No more time 42%

A month 25%

End of the season 25%

Happy as things are 8%

Till January 0%

Once again we at Vital Wolves are continuing to back our Mick and are in the 8% who have voted who are happy as things are.

It's a stronger league, with the promoted sides hitting the ground running and the Stokes Sunderlands and Boltons all strenghtening... yet we've gone backwards. We still have same back 4 as we had in the championship, quality sits on the bench, and mick makes INSANE substitutions, striker when we need defenders and defensive players when we need to go on the attack. My vote is obvious.
