From Dagenham to Chelsea

David Davis's recall from his loan spell at Walsall, means that he may well go from lining up against Dagenham to lining up against Chelsea in the space of a week.

The 19-year-old has impressed during his seven appearances for Walsall in Division One, the last coming against Dagenham in front of 2,666 spectators.

With Karl Henry suspended following his recent red card and Michael Mancienne ineligible to play against his parent club, Davis has been recalled from his loan and will be included in the squad for the game against Chelsea with an expected 40,000 crowd!
