'If It's Football, It's Vital'

No one gives us a chance says Mick

Wolves face Chelsea, Manchester City, Manchester United and Arsenal over the next month.

Someone must have been having a laugh when they checked the fixtures computer over the summer.

That's a run of form that any side would struggle with, let alone a side in its second season in the Premier League.

First up Stamford Bridge.

"We`ve got a chance - it`s 11 versus 11. Nobody gives us a chance so why don`t we just turn up and have a go at them? McCarthy told the Express & Star.

Our Mick continued: "There isn`t as much pressure on this game [Chelsea] as there was against West Ham.

"But there is pressure on the next four games to get something.

Vital Wolves Comment: At least this run of games gets them out the way and enables us to perhaps put a run together later in the season.

But realistically, how many points do you think we can pick up over the next four games?

2 or 3 points would be good, I'd take 2 draws and 2 defeats or 1 win and 3 losses, keeps the points ticking over ready for as you say a better run against the sides around us.

I'd settle for giving them all a decent game, but I fear we are going to get well 'done' in a couple of these, hope I'm wrong and we manage a couple of points like the baggies have managed.

As a CFC fan, I hope you lose the first game and win the others!

Oh well West Ham lost so we're not bottom.Worrying though that Toon can go there and win and we cant beat them at home.As I said earlier its not the teams we are going to play today and over the next three weeks,Its the ones we've failed to beat before that.
