Liverpool interested in Jarvis

Liverpool interested in Jarvis

It was bound to happen, the more and more of the spotlight Matt Jarvis took, the more chance he would be linked with a move away from Molineux.

So no surprises that the closer he gets to an England call-up, that comes the first whispers and rumours that Liverpool would like to take Jarvis to Anfield.

There is little further to add at this stage, it is only rumours and who knows whether there is anything in it, but if it is true, can we hold on to him?

If the club sells Jarvis it will prove there is no ambition at Wolves. You can forgive Keano and Lescott leaving for premiership experience but we are in the premiership now, and if Mick would just bloody well fix our defence there is no reason why we cant ba a regular top 10 finisher. Doyle, Hunt Milijas and Jarvis are all extraordinary talents, with the likes of Gedioura and Kightly to return from injury and Edwards, Henry Craddock and Foley all raising their game we are looking really dangerous.

He's just signed a 5 year deal so it'd have to be a decent wedge for the club to sell. Even so, there's more chance of me signing for the old gold in Jan than MM letting Jarvo go. Possibly at the end of the season depending on whether we're playing in the Championship. Ad - I agree wholeheartedly with you. We do have talent in this team and after all the blood, sweat & tears (mostly tears) it'd be a shame to undo all that hard work for the sake of some extra dollar. UTW!!

agree with your comments completely. dont forget zubar is yet to come back and he will make a huge difference aswell. personally id be happy to see Ward and Van Damme sold in january and another left back coming in (preferably with prem experience). i could see Mouyokolo and stearman forming a good partnership at the back in the future so i dont think we're that far away from being a top 10 team. And also we've got some great youngsters coming through aswell. im still waiting to see Zele Ismail set the premier league on fire lol
