Wolves revival set to take off

Eleven games gone and only nine points taken, sat second from bottom of the Premier League with Arsenal next up.

On paper at least, things do not look to great for us right now.

But our performances have looked good and our next batch of fixtures give us hope that we can start picking up points on a more frequent basis and start to climb the table.

'We feel it's just a matter of time before the revival takes off,' said Stearman to Wolves Official Website.

He continued: 'We can't keep playing as well as that and not pick up points.

'We did it against Manchester City and we should have taken something against United.

'We've got Arsenal next and then we've got a few games where we could really pick up a lot of points so we're looking ahead to those games thinking we can really get something from them.'

Vital Wolves Comment: After Arsenal, Wolves go on to face Bolton, Blackpool, Sunderland, Blackburn, Birmingham and the Baggies before Christmas.

How many points do you think we can pick up from those games?

I think we will be just under the 20 point mark come Xmas.

We had this in a poll a few weeks ago and I said then between 20 and 25 points. If we have'nt got that many we will be in trouble.

If we keep playing the way we are playing we'll be fine. No doubt in my mind. UTW!!
BIG TASTY
stop shipping so many goals at the back and we'd be fine...

the way we've playing against the big boys, i can see a 3 or 4 nil win coming soon!!! i think milijas is going to make all the difference. our attacking line-up really excites me at the moment. just need to tighten up at the back. what's it gonna take for mouyokolo to break in to the team? it's looking like he's 4th or 5th choice at the moment :(

While we are all pleased with recent performances against the so called big four its worth noting that tonights game is the first time we are playing a 'big4' team that has not been involved in champions league game a couple of days previously.Spurs,Chelsea and Man utd had all been pre-occupied in Europe in the days leading up to their matches against the Wolves. Its therfore very interesting to see if tonight, we can perform at the same sort of level against a relatively 'fresh' Arsenal team that will still be smarting from that home defeat against Newcastle.
