Plymouth Opener

The 2006/7 Season Fixture List is out, and Wolves face a tough opening Saturday travelling to Home Park on Saturday 5th August to face Plymouth Argyle.

Glenn Hoddle will be desperate to see his side get off to a flying start and banish memories of last seasons 2-0 loss in the corresponding fixture, as well as setting out his stall for the upcoming campaign.

Anything less than a win could see him fighting an uphill battle to regain anything like the confidence felt in his abilities when he signed a 12 month rolling contract a year ago.

The long awaited derby match with newly relegated West Brom is scheduled for October 21st with the return pencilled in for March 10th.
