Squad Leaves For Spain

2 days after losing their manager, Wolves fly out to Spain as pre season training starts in earnest.

the squad flying out today is :

Michael Oakes, Matt Murray, Jackie McNamara, Rob Edwards, Lee Naylor, Mark Davies, Carl Cort, Seyi Olofinjana, Denes Rosa, Tomasz Frankowski, Jody Craddock, Mark Clyde, Keith Lowe, Wayne Hennessey, Leon Clarke, Lewis Gobern, Stephen Gleeson, Mark Little, Martin Riley, Daniel Jones, Carl Ikeme, Kevin O'Connor.

As was believed the squad is a balance of youth and experience, and hints at the future to come.

But it is the absence of of one name that will raise eyebrows- Paul Ince is not listed in eth travelling patry which may well fuel rumours of his imminent appointment as manager.

A look over the staff joining the players on their travels throws out one curious name, that of Glenn Hoddle's brother Carl.

If his original appointment wasnt questionable under his brother, his continuing involvement with the squad after his exit surely must be.

Coaching staff travelling to Spain :

Stuart Gray, Carl Hoddle , Kunle Odetoyinbo, Bobby Mimms, Terry Connor, Steve Kemp, Mark James (Masseur).
