Samba Time In Spain

Wolves first day in the pre season Spanish sunshine has started with the squad assembling for a pre dawn six mile run around the training complex 18 hole golf course.

It is the first of three sessions the playes will endure in the heat of Alicante, which shouldnt prove too much of a struggle for two surprise additions to the squad.

Two young Brazilians Jeronimo Soares, and Guilherme Finkler 21 were already waiting for the players when they arrived in Alicante yesterday and will be hoping to catch the eye of Stuart Gray over the next week. They would become the first Samba-kings to don the famous Old Gold and Black.

Speaking to the clubs official site Jeronimo, or Jay as he is known said:

'We both played for the same team in Brazil - EC Juventude, although Guilherme has spent the last six months playing in Holland.

'Obviously, this is a big opportunity for us. We both want to play in England and we are grateful of having the chance to spend the week with Wolves.'

So once again it would seem, that whilst there has been public silence on the transfer front, someone has been busy in the background sourcing new talent from far ashore.

Brazilians turning out at Molineux?

Whatever next?

A former England captain as manager?
