O'Hara to be McCarthy's final move?

Jamie O'Hara has joined Wolves on loan from Tottenham.

The 24-year-old joins until the end of the season after completing his medical yesterday afternoon.

It looks likely that we have done completely all our moves for this January transfer window with the deadline looming at 11pm.

We may have been unsuccessful in our bids to bring Woodgate and Keane to Molineux, but at least those talks with Redknapp didn't go to waste following the signing of O'Hara.

'I'm delighted to be here and signing to the end of the season,' O'Hara told Wolves Official Website.

He continued: 'I've been out injured for a while but Mick wanted to get me in and I'm really excited about being here.

'There were a few clubs interested but Mick was the one who really pushed it and the one that I got good vibes about.

'Once I came up here I was really impressed with the place and liked everything about it so I'm really happy.'

O'Hara not only brings that little bit of extra quality to our midfield, he also brings an experience of a relegation battle follow spending last season with Portsmouth.

O'Hara collected all the end of season awards last term, something was clearly remembered by our Mick!

Vital Wolves User Crete Wolf comment: Lets hope we have an option to buy O'Hara for a fixed fee at the end of the season if we stay up, as his value will only increase if he makes a full recovery from injury and gets a good run in the team.
