3 wins and Wolves are safe?

Will another nine points for Wolves be enough to avoid the drop from the Premier League this season?

Wolves gaffer Mick McCarthy certainly thinks so:

"We`ve still got the opportunity to win three games - 50 per cent of what we`ve got left. That would be a great record but it`s there to be done.' Our Mick told the Express & Star.

In our final run in we face, Fulham, Stoke, Birmingham, WBA, Sunderland and Blackburn.

Nine points would almost certainly be enough to see us survive another season in the Premier League.

Especially if we can get results against Birmingham and Blackburn, while a win against Albion could well act as a catalyst to end the season on a high.

Mick continued: "We`ve got games left that we can win and take points off teams in and around us. We`re a bottom-three team at the moment so quite clearly we`re not one of the better teams in the league.

"We`ve just got to keep going, and, as I`ve said all along, it`s where we are on May 22 that counts."
