'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Arsenal target loves it at Molineux

It wasn't quite the rebuffle that many would have hoped from the straight talking Mick McCarthy.

You would have hoped, that if the reports that Arsenal were interested in Kevin Doyle were utter nonsense made up by the tabloids then McCarthy would have said as such.

But instead all we got was a 'Doyle is happy at Wolves' quote. Which doesn't give you that instant warm feeling that he will indeed remain at Molineux next season.

"I can`t tell you anything except what was in the papers and I`m not going to comment on some speculative story. What I can tell you is that Doyle loves it here.' our Mick told the Express & Star.

He added: "He enjoys coming here to work every morning, and we love him here and we enjoy him coming to work here every morning.

"That goes for everyone else as well and that will remain the same until anything different happens."

Vital Wolves Comment: If he wasn't possibly up for sale, surely we would have received a stronger worded comment?

A hands off he's ours type remark, not he's happy until something different happens!
