Bothroyd Signing Imminent

Mick McCarthy looks set to to pul off a tidy piece of business by signing former Arsenqal Academy striker Jay Bothroyd under the Bosman Ruling.

The former Perugia striker is at Molineux for a medical, and should that go according to plan, he will be joining the pack before the end of the day.

Bothroyd becomes McCarthy's second signing after Gee Finkler and will without doubt strengthen the Wolves forward line.

Whether this places a question mark over the future of Carl Cort is now open to question.

top signing by mick. bothroyd looked a good prospect at coventry, and signing for perugia was a bit of an odd move. will look to get his career back on track at wolves. good move for all concerned.
